Payments
and Fees
• All payments are billed automatically
each month if subscriber pays with a credit card.
• Payments by check, money order
and/or other form of payment method must be received by the
5th of each month. Failure to meet this deadline will result
in a late fee charge of $25.
• All accounts must be cancelled
by submitting a 30 day written notice.
•
Failure to pay will result in account or URL(s) being suspended
until an arrangement to make payment has been made between the
subscriber and Simra Hosting.
• No refunds will be made to subscribers
that have intentionally violated Simra Hosting's Policy.
SPAM
Simra Hosting has a zero tolerance policy for sending Unsolicited
Commercial Email or SPAM on our network. Subscriber may not
use or permit others to use our network to send SPAM or Unsolicited
Commercial Email. Violation of this policy may result in termination
of service(s) and subscriber will be responsible for all fees
and penalties incurred to Simra Hosting.
Storage and
Backup
Subscribers/Customers are responsible for the backup of their
account. Data or files lost due to customer error can be replaced
at the cost of $50/hour (USD).
Unacceptable
Content
• Instructions, Scripts or code containing malicious code.
• Violation of copyright by hosting on Simra Hosting’s
Servers or linking without permission.
• Link(s) to content that violates Simra Hosting Policy.
• Child pornography and anything of sexual nature prohibited
by law.
• Promotion of illegal activities such as hacking, cracking,
stealing, etc.
• Content that is harmful to Simra Hosting, individual,
or company/organization.
• Unsolicited commercial email or SPAM.
IP Address
Simra Hosting or Simra Hosting’s business partner(s) will
hold all rights and ownership to any and all IP addresses assigned
to subscriber.
Liability
Simra hosting assumes no liability for loss of current or future
revenue and profits due to the inability of the subscriber or
subscriber’s representatives to use our systems and services.
Simra Hosting is not responsible for loss of data in transmission
or failure to send or receive data due to all events outside
of Simra Hosting’s control. Subscriber is responsible
for making any and all backups of their data unless otherwise
backup service was purchased exclusively. You, the subscriber,
agree that Simra Hosting’s maximum responsibility is the
current month’s monthly payment and any remaining amount
of prepayment. Simra Hosting will not refund any monthly
payment or any prepayment if the account was suspended or cancelled
due to violation of Simra Hosting’s Policy.
Terminations
of Service
Customer may terminate service/agreement with Simra Hosting
at anytime, with a 30 days written notice to Simra Hosting.
Access to any and all services will be terminated immediately
when service/agreement is terminated.
